What we do

We cover everything from planning to support after launch.

Discovery, engineering, integration, launch and ongoing work are stages of one project. The same team carries your product through all of them, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between vendors.

Product discovery. We turn an idea or a business problem into a clear technical plan, including what goes into the first version or MVP and what can wait.
Product engineering. We build web and mobile apps, SaaS products, online stores and business websites. The technology choice comes after we understand the problem, so it fits what you’re building.
System integration. We connect your product to the APIs, payment providers, databases and existing systems it depends on, so it works with the rest of your business.
Deployment and launch. We set up hosting, domains and app store listings, release the product to production and check that it works with real users and real data.
Ongoing engineering. After launch we can keep maintaining, improving and extending the product under an engagement we agree with you, or hand it over to your own team.

Every project goes through the same five stages. You stay involved in the decisions about what the product does, and we handle the engineering.

Understand. We learn about your business, the problem, your users and the constraints you’re working within.
Define. Together we decide what needs to be built and set the technical direction before any build work starts.
Build. We own the implementation and bring in any extra expertise the project needs.
Deploy. The product goes live in its production environment, and we check that it works there.
Continue. After launch we stabilise and document the product, then hand it over or keep building, as agreed.

If you’re the person who will inherit the code, these are the parts of how we work that you can check before and during the project.

A named lead engineer. The proposal names the engineer who will lead the project. That’s who you talk to, and they’re accountable for delivery.
Reviewed before it reaches you. Every piece of work is reviewed before you see it, and every project includes code reviews, testing and a clean architecture.
Documented at handover. We write down how the product is built, deployed and maintained, so your own team can pick it up later.
